Service Description

Welcome to the Happy Melon Meditation and Mindfulness Series. Mental Health and Wellbeing is much more than physical fitness and eating right. We complete the circle of personal wellbeing by working on our mental, physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual being. Our emotions, also referenced as our emotional fitness, is how we manage our emotions. Do you effectively manage stress? Do you feel a sense of belongingness in your environment? Are you optimistic or struggle with pessimism? Acquiring the skill of mindfulness and meditation allows us to deepen our self-awareness and manage our emotions. These practices train our thought patterns to seek a positive outlook; where our thoughts go, our energy goes. The series will include: • Eight 45-minute weekly zoom sessions • Join a group session starting on the first day of each month • Each session will include a meditation and movement component, all levels welcome • Fee is $80 for 8 sessions The topics for the 8-week series: • Building Self-Awareness • Gratitude and Journaling • Finding Your Inner Why • Resiliency • Learning to Breathe • Stress Management • Finding Balance • Name and recognize -Positivity and breaking negative thought patterns How do I sign up? Cancellation Policy

Clients have 24 hours to cancel a session without paying full hourly fee. Cancellations within a 24 hour period will be charged the full hourly fee.
